I also would like to share the issue I encountered with my Lexus RX 450h.
My 2013 RX450h' ABS light suddenly turned on while I was driving on a local couple days ago. The car still performs normally even with all the flashing "check brake system" messages. I had a shop to read the code for me, it is C1391. Not knowing how serious the issue is, I took it to a local Lexus dealer right away. After I left the car there for the day, the mechanics note stated "inspect entire brake system for fluid leak/none found" and "internal accumulator loss of pressure causing booster pump to operate every 20 seconds".
The customer service person didn't explain to me what exactly was done, but recommends to replace BOTH the actuator and booster bump/accumulator assembly. I would have considered it if the price tag is not close to $4400.
I would like to find out the proper channel to complain about this problem. My car was performing just fine otherwise. After I found many people complaining about C1391 code for Lexus cars (right over about 100k), I'm not sure if this is something Lexus should address more proactively.
