The contact owns a 2001 Lincoln Ls. The contact stated that the throttle body assembly, which leads from the accelerator to the motor, completely fell apart. She took the vehicle to the dealer and they stated that in order to repair the component, the entire unit needed to be replaced. A police report was filed. In addition the contact heard the sound of glass cracking when attempting to roll up the window. She stated that the window fell down into the door panel. The dealer stated that nothing could be done because it was not under warranty. As a result, the replacer unit of the automatic windows unit was replaced.
