I have a brand new Lincoln and notified Gervais and Sentry dealerships along with Lincoln Customer Service (Jeffrey Slone). I've brought my car to the dealerships and had them pick it up to review at least 7 times. The GPS and Siri systems do not recognize commands regardless of who they are from. Sometimes it says USB device not connected while using navigation and 80% of the time does not recognize street addresses or places even if I type them in. I've demonstrated this to two dealerships and they say that this is a problem with the Lincoln computer systems and they cannot fix it.
