Ford decided to save money putting on aluminum capped lug nuts on the car that swell and keep you from being able to remove them. I asked the dealership why ford is not taking responsibility, and they just shrugged their shoulders and said they had to replace their own lug nuts with aftermarket ones. They had a large book of replaced lug nuts sitting in the repair area and said that this was just the last 15 days. Why doesn’t Ford take ownership of this problem and replace the lug nuts? If anyone has an answer to that I would love to hear it.
