Every time you start the car a clicking sound comes from the dash. I just got it back from the dealer recently after they re-programed the transmission for a continual problem with it so I thought the problem would disappear since they said it needed to "adjust" itself like it does when you buy a new car and it adapts to your driving habits.

Well it didn't so I stopped at the dealership today and asked about it. I was informed that this is a problem that occurs on a regular basis and is the plastic gears for flaps that direct the air flow for the heat and A/C. These cheap plastic gears easily have their teeth stripped and it will make this noise. Solution is to completely remove the dash and airbag system to get to this for the repair. Well guess my luck...my warranty ran out while it was in being serviced for the tranny (for the 5th or 6th time).
