The contact owns a 2010 Lincoln Mkt. While driving at an unknown speed, the power steering suddenly failed and the steering wheel became difficult to turn. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer (bob hurley Ford of tulsa, 745 w. 51st St., tulsa, ok) where it was diagnosed that the electric power assist failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified. The failure mileage was 150,000. The VIN was not available.
