liftgate failed. slammed down on my head

When I reached in to remove groceries the lift gate crashed down. My head hit the side and cut the left side of my face. The lift gate came down with force, no beep…beep… it SLAMMED down! After cleaning the blood off my face I took a video showing the malfunction.
