2007 Lincoln Mkx headrest is causing severe neck pain. Consumer states it is causing neck pain and headaches. He states that the headrest is fixated forward and cannot be changed. He said the pain is coming from the head being forced forward. The consumer stated the headrest only adjust up or down. Changing the seat angle doesn't change the headrest angle.
