The heater will go off (it's below zero in MN January). Then I cannot turn it back on. The center console appears fine. Not blacked out. Then the heater will go back on... then turn back off. I have no control. Sometimes the heat cannot be turned off and its too hot in the car. Neither control works: touch screen above or button on the panel below.
Now my Sync has stopped working as well. No heat and no Sync for my phone. Dealers are too busy to see me & warn me that my Lincoln manufacturers extended warranty most likely will not cover this... HUH? When I bought it they said BUMPER TO BUMPER. Doesn't matter they say they have too many cars in line with electrical issues in front of me to see my car for days. Looks like I'm fixing it selling it and going back to Cadillac. The service departments at Lincoln are horrible.
