Now, we are over a year with the issue and the car being in the shop multiple times after taking numerous technicians for drives so they can hear the noise, I am being told that the noise is normal and supposed to be there. I am sure they are saying that to shut me up because I've driven a Lincoln loaner every time my car is in the shop and no other Lincoln that I have driven has made this noise. I am going to by a Tahoe.
