Purchased brand new 2014 Lincoln MKX. Notiiced second day that steering wheel vibrated at idle. Previously has leased a 2011 Lincoln MKX which at idle you could not tell it was running, it was that smooth.
Went back to dealer first time and they said car running okay. After a week took it back again (300 miles on car) and Service Manager agreed that there is a problem but doesn't, know what it is. We started several other new MKX and they all vibrated, some worse then others.
Service Manager said will check with factory rep when he visits to try and find out problem.
Cannot believe I purchased a new Lincoln with this type of defect.
