The contact owns 2016 Lincoln Mkx. The contact stated that the vehicle liftgate inadvertently closed trapping her. The contact stated that the failure previously occurred twice and others were able to assist her. However, this time she was by herself and when the liftgate came down, she sustained a broken hip and femur which required medical attention.
