Within 2 weeks of lease, I was at an event downtown. When I returned to car at 9pm, car would not start. Battery was fine. Tried everything in manual and talked to lincoln service on phone and they apparently knew the problem. Waited an hour for tow truck. Finally towed at 11pm. Driver called me later stating he couldn't leave it safely at dealer and brought the vehicle back to my house..now midnight. Then had to have it towed again the next morning to dealer. They stated it was a loose connection of the starter. Orlando Lincoln dealer didn't seem to care about this problem Customer service complaint only resulted in reassurance it would not occur again.
