I will be calling the Lincoln dealer on Monday to discuss the problem. Extremely dangerous because there is no warning. The engine immediately drops to idle speed, nothing happens when you step on the gas. I pulled the car to the side of the road, turned off the engine, waited a few minutes, then restarted the car and it operated ok for about a mile then the problem happened again.
