Just bought a certified pre-owned MKZ and the steering is ridiculously heavy. Sometimes it's clear that the power steering pump is way over worked when I go around wide turns such as an on/off ramp especially in the morning. You can really hear it hum quite loud. I'm hoping to find another used 2011 to test drive in the area so that I have something to compare this to. It just seems that it's somewhere between power steering and no power steering.
For a Lincoln, I would expect it to not be such a minimal assist. I realize they are going for a sporty look and feel, but this is ridiculous.
