The contact owns a 2013 Lincoln Mkz. While driving 70 mph, an exhaust odor entered into the cabin of the vehicle. The contact pulled the vehicle over to the side of the road on three occasions in order to get fresh air. The vehicle was taken to adamson Ford of birmingham, Alabama, but the cause of the failure could not be determined. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was approximately 58,000. The VIN was not available.
