shock failure

76k miles, and being told I need to replace a rusting, cracking shock. This will be the second of these magnetic shocks I've had to replace.

When going over sharp bumps, there would be a clanking sound in the rear left. Lincoln inspected it, and found that the shock had released all its fluid. Fix was to replace the whole shock. Covered under warranty, but still very disappointing.
