The contact owns a 2014 Lincoln Mkz. The contact stated that the trunk failed to close on several occasions, causing the battery to become drained. The contact took the vehicle to the local dealer Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth (40475 ann arbor rd, Plymouth, mi 48170, (734) 453-7500) to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the trunk module needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 60,000.
