Dealer says coolant is in my engine and need new engine.

I have driven a Lincoln since I bought my Zepher in 2002. I loved it and drove it for 17 years. It ran well, but wasn't sure of long distance trips. I am 85 and love to drive. Since I loved my old Lincoln, I traded it in for another Lincoln. A 2019 MKZ. I thought I would have this car for the rest of my life.

After 1-1/2 year of ownership of this car and faithfully taking it to the dealer for oil changes and any other needed maintenance.

I took it in for a 65,000 mile tune up. They notified me that there is coolant in the engine, and the engine will need to be replaced. How could coolant get into my engine. There must be a defect somewhere. In all my years of driving I have never had to replace an engine. I am living on social security only and can't afford to buy a new engine. I am devastated, The warranty ran out 5000 miles ago and the car is now worthless. I can't afford to buy another car or engine.

I feel Ford/Lincoln should stand by this defect and replace it for me.
