Several of the tires experienced sidewall separtion, the consumer replaced one of the tires before he learned of the recall on the tires. The consumer states the price allowed for replacing defective tires was lower than what the tire dealers charge.

When driving consumer noticed vibration coming from front end of vehicle. Took vehicle to dealer. Dealer rebalanced vehicle. After vehicle was rebalanced there was still vibration in front end. Vehicle was inspected, and inspector linked the problem to tires. All four tires were original equipment on a Lincoln, Navigator, 2000, tire size P27560R17 with 19000 miles on them. They were separating at sidewall.
