spark plug blows out spark plug blows out spark plug blows out

I had prior knowledge of this problem with these motors and took every precaution to try and avoid it when installing new plugs. The only thing that could have been done on my part to avoid this problem would have been to check the torque of each plug every time I changed the oil which I will be doing from now on if and when I fix it. Because I believe that the plug (#7) slowly backed out over 2 years time. I think Ford should at the very least issue stickers to all owners of this engine stating to check the torque of each plug at certain intervals like say every 7000 miles or every other oil change.

If anyone reading this knows the best way to fix this problem please let me know. Not only did it destroy my spark plug but also the threads on the head. I hope it can be fixed without taking the head off of the engine. If the head has to be removed then I will just replace it with new/used one since I have an extra.

I'm also wondering what kind of damage -if any- this might have done to the cylinder walls and or piston as not all of the porcelain that broke off the spark plug was recovered, some of it fell into the cylinder and was crushed into a powder and blown out the hole.

I have had this rig for 1 year now and have replaced about 2000k worth of parts in it, most is just gen maintenance. Until the air ride went out, then the rear diff was acting up, then the master cyl went out, then not 1 not 2 but 3 spark plugs blew out on 3 separate cylinders, and brake calipers, alternator, random heater hose nipples on the back of the motor underneath the intake blew out poured antifreeze all over. Left brake caliper locked up on the car when driving... this is major junk. Love the rig (when it runs), I spend more time fixing the dang thing than I spend with my kids. I wish Ford would take ownership for their product instead of blaming the customer that's paying your wage.
