Why didn't they replace it with a new one to begin with? It was super quiet like they're supposed to be, and it's still working like new.

THIS IS MY SECOND NAVIGATOR. THOUGH I LOVE THE VEHICLE THIS EXPENSIVE PROBLEM SHOULDN'T HAPPEN SO FREQUENTLY ON A CAR OF THIS PRICE. MY AIR SUSPENSION FAILED AND OF COURSE THE WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED , THE CAR IS BASICALLY NO GOOD WITHOUT IT SO OF COURSE I HAD IT REPAIRED TO THE TUNE OF ABOUT 2 GRAND
NOW IT HAS FAILED AGAIN , I WILL DEFINITELY CONSIDER THESE EVENTS WHEN I PURCHASE ANOTHER AMERICAN VEHICLE

I will never own or advise anyone to purchase a lincoln. My truck has given be problems with the suspension for about a year now. First started with difficulties rising, then lowering, leaning, sitting completely on wheels, bouncing and so forth. Everyday is a new story with the worry that I cannot make my trip whether it be long distance or local. Talk about reliability and safety! This is the worst car I have owned so far and has proven very pricey to fix. My truck has driven so low I feel I am just about scraping the concrete and the back has raised so high on me while driving I scraped the roof of my garage trying to pull in. This is a shame for Lincoln. They are supposed to be the top of the line in drive and comfort, let me tell you this is far from. Never again!

We purchased this Navigator as a family vehicle - we have 4 children - currently this is our only means for transportation and it started out as it would raise in the heat but not in the cold and then one day it just would not raise - after 2 days of headaches from bouncing around - we took it to a local shop and he could not determine the problem - he referred us to a FORD dealership - we dropped this vehicle off - mind you we had to rent a car to use - April 4th and got our car back 2 weeks later - they replaced an air bag, sensor, and a modular and we received the car back - 3 days later the navi stopped raising. We contacted the Ford dealership and they stated they would look at the car for free but anything else would be a charge plus they would have to run test which would be an additional cost. Now first - If the air suspensions go out in EVERY Lincoln this should be something that is recalled 2nd - if you have my car for 2 WEEKS - I think that is ample enough time for all problems to be accessed!!!!!! I am not rich nor is my husband we have 3 school age children that we are trying raise and we don't need mechanics milking us dry of what we use to feed, clothe, and provide provision to our children.....something needs to be done!

Both lower a arms cracked, with one bag leaking, and the wheel bearing is "bad". I replaced both lower a arms and bags under warranty, and had to push it with the dealer.
