: the contact stated that the vehicle's spare tire is one size smaller than the spare tires that should be included with the vehicle and the spare tire is also a different brand. The contact observed the spare tire when on of the vehicle's tire blew out and had to be replaced with the spare. No accident or injuries occurred due to the size of the tire. The dealer determined that the spare tire was a part of the factory warranty and refused to replace the spare tire.
