Problem: 07 Lincoln Navigator not reading new navigation dvd all the time. DVD is brand new. loads and reads for only a few minutes then says DVD is dirty. DVD is clean.

DVD is brand new. loads and reads for only a few minutes then says DVD is dirty. DVD is clean. Pop old DVD in and get the same message after a few minutes. It does run, but only for about five minutes.

I tried a DVD cleaner.

Made No difference.
