The contact owns a 2017 Lincoln Navigator. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 22V150000 (Service Brakes, Hydraulic) and 22V648000 (Visibility, Electrical System); however, the parts to do the recall repair were not yet available. The local dealer was contacted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repairs. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.

F the turn signal control arm is moved partially in any direction, and immediately moved into the fully opposite direction, the turn signals will be disabled. If the operator adjusts the high beams, or simply makes a mistake when trying to signal, (by selecting the wrong direction first) the turn signal will not operate even though the control arm is in the fully locked position. Lincoln service states that when they connect the vehice to the computer, it shows that the blinkers are active, even though they are visually not blinking. They further stated that the issue exisits on all vehicles.
