The contact owns a 2004 Lincoln Town car. The contact stated that while driving at 15 mph, the brake pedal was depressed but the vehicle failed to stop without warning. The contact mentioned that the brake and accelerator pedal were extremely close to one another. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
