Went to Firestone auto repair since under warranty for 100 days after purchased thru Carvana , Silver Rock is the company contracted with for repairs. Brought a printout of TSB and instructions on how to repair this issue to Firestone. They told me that they can not fix the problem and that I need to go to dealership
