The oil pressure gauge has apparently rotated much too far in a counter clockwise direction. When the engine is off the pointer is at about the 5 o'clock position. When the engine is running, the pointer rotates counter clockwise (which is the correct direction) and pegs out on the wrong side of the stop pin.
