Mazda never sent out any recall on this air conditioning problem and I went on line and there are too many to read all having the same exact problem. I feel it's unlawful of Mazda to know about this problem for years and instead of telling their loyal customers they quietly extended the warranty on this to 60,000 miles. I read one complaint said they had this problem happen twice!!! Once at 25,000 miles and again after 67,000. None of it was covered for him. Mazda never even told him that it was an issue. There are pages of complaints.
I can't believe that MAZDA doesn't have to go to jail??? I want to sue them because now I can not sell my car for a normal value of a car similar to mine that doesn't have all these issues??? I feel this is criminal. Not only have they stranded me but it's over $2,500 to repair. I should be able to count on a trade in value of about $18,000. to $22,000. It's fully loaded with every option. Now that I read about the other 189 problems common to this brand and model and year. Mine is a 2008 Mazda CX7 that I bought in 2007
I would love to know how I should tackle this financial robbery??? Mazda should be closed down.
