After 3 years of driving the CX7, the engine star to make rattling noise. Had the dealer to check the problem and come back with recommended fixes on the engine oil leaking and Timing belt cracking that causing the noise. The estimated cost was $3000. Asked if these are manufacturing defects and under the manufacture warranty and the answer was no. Didi not fix the issue and just have the car driving locally. Just recently found this website and foind down the issue is common on the CX7. To me it is should be a recall.
