I had a major service repair on the exhaust system at the Mazda dealer in Roswell, GA on 1/13-14/15. When I picked up my vehicle from that repair, I noticed that the vehicle was now jerking and stuttering when I drive. I called the dealer the next day and complained about the problem. I was told the battery was removed from the car for the repair and needed to go through a relearn process. I explained that I was uncomfortable and felt unsafe driving the car.
I brought the car back to the dealer on Friday for reevaluation. I did go on a test drive with the tech who acknowledged that there was something else going on with the vehicle. The car was taken back into the shop placed on the "computer" and I was told the transmission checked out. I was then instructed that everything was OK, but the car continues to jerk and stutter.
Has any other Mazda CX7 owner experienced their car jerking and stuttering when driving?
