CX-7 Touring 2.3L

I was driving back from Cincinnati to Lextington in my CX-7. I knew my car would need new shocks soon as I was told that by Firestone, who had just put new tires on my car. I had this awful "rattle" and I called to get my car in after hearing about the recall, because I never got a notice in the mail. I was told I wouldn't be able to get my car into the shop until Jan. 2. I continued to drive the car because I don't have another to drive. When I got back to my apartment's parking lot, making the trip from Cincy to Lex. my wheel broke off. Scared the hell out of me because that could have happened on the highway going 70 MPH. I thank the Lord it didn't. Because the wheel snapped off, it broke a brake line, and other things under there. I wanted to know if Mazda will be paying to have that fixed, since it was all caused by the breaking of a recalled product.
