I was it did not need immediate attention on 11/21/2016 and that when the parts came in they would fix the car. I called today 1/19/18 and was told they still dont have the part and that this is a preliminary notice that gets sent to car owners per sherry at Mazda. Seriously 2 years and no resolution. I want to file a complaint.
