Brake pedal became inconsistent when stopping - sometimes too soft - sometimes really have to push hard to stop. I had a brake man look at it and he said that they had been recalled... but I can't find a true recall. I see several things when I google about the subject - but when looking at current recalls, there are none. Please help! I can't afford to have this fixed. I've done really well at keeping up with the maintenance on that car, and this needs to be fixed by the dealer.
