CX-90 Premium Plus 3.3L I6

The car came from the factory with a defect of the rear passenger door being difficult to open without a sharp pull, using more force than normal or acceptable. My wife has a tough time opening the door in general and it takes her several attempts. The dealer attempted to lubricate the lock/actuator but this did not fix the issue. I am awaiting a second service attempt where they may replace the actuator under a customer satisfaction claim, to be determined. Until then, 3 out of 4 doors open fine and 1 does not.

Update from Aug 19, 2023: The actuator was replaced and installed under warranty and the door is no longer difficult to open.
