Transmission malfunction on my 2014 mazda2 AT skyactive.

I bought the car in 2015, engine manufactured in 2014, directly from authorized mazda agent in BSD, Indonesia. On 24 Oct 2017 20.00 in the middle of crowded street, the traffic light changed to green and i turned the transmission from N to D, suddenly 4 icons in my desktop engine were on showing AT, power streering, smart lock brake system and engine failures, my car won't move even an inch. It was like you stepping on gas and brake at the same time.

As my position in the middle of crowded street, lots of cars and motorcycles were honking as my car blocking the road causing terrible traffic jam.

i tried to push on the gas harder and finally it moved slowly 1 km/hour, and i had a change to park in the middle of somebody's parking yard.

after that i called mazda call center and they assisted me to get towing truck in 2hours and we made my car to the mazda authorized workshop around 24.00.

This whole process was exhausting and i was disappointed as it was caused by transmission malfunction which should be detected earlier by the QS of the company or when i took regular service maintenance.
