2006 Mazda 3 has an issue with the space and height between the brake pedal and the accelerator. The consumer stated when he was at a stop light, he inadvertently hit the accelerator pedal, which caused the vehicle to lunge forward and rear end another vehicle. The consumer stated he only tapped the other vehicles bumper.
