When my air conditioner is on sometimes while I’m driving I’ll hear a loud squeak, it’s so loud it can be heard from outside the car. Since the sound started occurring I’ve noticed my air conditioner doesn’t blow as strong as it once did, and to be real, it’s never really blown very cold. Even after adding coolant to it, it didn’t get colder.

My air conditioning started making a horrible noise that gets louder the higher the air is turned up. The mechanic told me it is caused by a "broken rotor" that would cost $700 to fix because the dash would have to be removed.
