MAZDA3 I Touring 2.0L Skyactiv

Blower motor is making a ticking sound regardless of fan speed. It sounds like a card in bicycle spokes, but not as loud. The sound is drained out when the stereo is on. It is an annoyance at this point. I had the service advisor evaluate the sound during my routine oil change/tire rotation visit, and he was candid enough to tell me that other Mazd3's have this issue. There is no known resolution at this time.
