It makes no sense that not one, but two separate front, major seat beat buckles are locked at once? Bull crap. And, for Quirk Mazda just say "oh, they need to be repaired". No crap, Sherlock. I'm here for a recall and have my seat buckle looked at, but you want to talk with me about other things, which I already know and told you about. Stop talking other business when you cannot handle the reason which brought me in for service today. Since they know so much, why can't you tell me what causes the buckles to lock. There's nothing stuck in them, we both know that. So...what's the problem. I'm speaking with a service representative who cannot answer any questions, and they cannot tell me why these buckles malufuction. This is bullsh@t and a waste of my time, which we all know time can not be replace and/or given back. Quirk Mazda Qunicy is the worse!!
