I bought this Mazda brand new in 2016. When driving home from work the car died and left me stranded. I had to have it towed to the dealer. Bear in mind that this car has only 39,900 miles on her, Mazda refused to cover the repair under their 5yr, 50,000 mile power train warranty. I contacted Mazda Customer care, they refuse to help. They stuck me with a $2,500 repair bill and I have the receipt to prove it. I had to take a major loss on the car.
Mazda does NOT stand behind what it sells, be warned!
To date the body control module has to be replaced, and the touch screen display and of course the transmission valve body. Mazda uses substandard parts.
