MAZDA3 Touring 2.0L I4

In weather above 70 degrees especially if humid the brake pedal squeaks like a dogs chew toy anytime you press it. Ive taken it to the dealer 3 times, they heard it one of the times and said that no parts have failed so there is nothing they can replace. They have sprayed lubricant on the pedal linkage twice and it has not resolved the issue. They told me it is a rubber piece or pieces that are making the noise. After telling me this type of squeak would only be covered in the first year or 12,000 miles I asked what they would replace if I elected to pay for it. They just went back to they don't know because no parts are failing.
