MAZDA3 GT

After taking my car in to have the Heat fixed over 3-4 times. Mazda told they don't know how to fix it and need to wait on Mazda Canada's engineers to give them instructions. So now summer comes, and the same issue is happening with my AC.

A friend of mine who knew the owner called. Like magic, my issue was fixed, but it had to go in for a second time the next day after they already tried to fix it and failed. Second time was the charm I guess. I haven't had an issue with heat or A/C since but took them over a year to fix this issue. I've had so many problems with this car that my friends recommend moving close to the dealership to make my life easier, LOL.

My heat has always only worked intermittently. This is the second time of this happening. I had brought it in to show the dealership it was indeed not working because they can never do anything for me unless they happen to see it while it's not working.

If I drive for a while then come to the dealership it usually starts working again. They tried to fix it and said that they think the issue is fixed. A few days later it's happening again. Passenger side blows room temp air and driver side warm. Sometimes it flip flops. This is my second review on this issue.

The heat works most of the time but the odd day it will not blow hot air no matter what I do. The weirdest part is it blows hot air out of the drivers side and not the passenger side and sometimes it works in the opposite way. In the summer I noticed the air conditioning didn't really cool down my car which wasn't too bad but now winter is coming and the cold drives without any heat are going to be torture. Mazda claimed to have fixed it but it is still not working sometimes. The most frustrating part is that it only stops working for an hour or so then when I turn the car off and on it sometimes starts working so getting it to mazda when it isn't working is hard so they say they can't diagnose it if I bring the car in when the heat is working. So this issue is not going to get fixed unless i happen to be driving by mazda when the heat decides to not work for 20 mins to an hour.
