Sidewall developes bubbles after approx; 8,000 miles of normal driving.tires purchased at sears last year. Set of 4 replaced 2 with same problem. Visible bubble on outer side wall. Sears comment: Side wall impact. (dot number: Hnt2 kepv tiresize: P215/65R15)
