Bolt in convertible roof hinge assembly impaled drivers skull. Driver was belted and airbags deployed. 2 inch bolt pierced skull requiring crainiatomy, 25mph frontal collision, 1999 model has same assembly without the bolt. Bolt resides approximately 2 inches from drivers left ear (5'10
