handbrake leather peeling

Handbrake leather prematurely wearing at only 36K miles in a MANUAL car of all things! You'd think Mazda would think of something like this, especially when you're going to be using it much more often than most regular cars with an automatic! Was already out of warranty anyway but not like it matters with how I've been treated by Mazda dealers and corporate thus far for issues far costlier. These are Mazda's fault still and still I've been denied warranty fixes. Said it before, love the car but hate the customer experience. Shame on you Mazda. All these things are easily rectified with some good customer service. This was over a 30K car brand new and not even 5 years old and this is how I'm treated. Unbelievable.
