The contact owns a 2005 Mazda Rx-8. the contact received a recall notice one year ago. The dealer stated that they were not aware of the recall. The contact recently received another recall notice stating that the work has not been completed. The contact has not called the dealer to schedule an appointment, and has not experienced any failures with the vehicle at this time. The current and failure mileage were 8,000.
