It was raining the weekend before Christmas 2012 and both the driver and passenger carpet were wet as if my car had been in a flood. Took vehicle to the Mazda dealer in Houston and was told that the problem came from the sunroof. That the drainage from the sunroof was clogged and the flow of water went to the floor. My car was at the dealer for a couple of days as they had to strip my car to take out the entire carpet to let it dry. $500 to fix the first time.
Had not had carpet wet until now 11/2013. Took the car to car wash and just the passenger front carpet was wet again. Not sure where the water is coming in but it's frustrating as I don't want mold to occur.
Would like to know if anybody has had this problem and what dealerships have mentioned to people.

Water enters the SUV. Mazda also just ignores this issue too.
