The gearbox failed and on uses one forward gear when traveling, hence limited to travel at 40kph. I looked for a quotation of replacement of the gearbox and the Mercedes dealer sent a quote for $7000! Yet models from 2000 for the A160 ex-Japan landed cost is max $4500!!!
