On October 2nd, 2020, I bought in SLP Mexico with the authorized MB dealer Herrera Premium a 2019 brand new C200 Sport (SN WDDWF7HB2KF813028), I obtained it thru Mercedes Benz Financial program.

In the following lines I describe the different problems that the car had presenting during the almost 2 years of use and 21,000 km route only in the city. These defects make me nervous about my safety and the reliability of your “Premium car”.

After 6 months on the first programmed regular service, the agency found that one of the shock absorbers was broken, they replaced it with no charge at all, on the next service in 2022 the same piece was broken again and they replaced it, now it fails again.

At the same period of 6 to 10 months the two front tires presented bumps on the surface, then this defect appeared without any rude driving or accident. I replaced them on my charge, then, recently one of the backs presented the same condition. (Bridgestone Potenza 245/40R18 97Y).

Regarding the bodywork, the rear bumper presented a misalignment from both sides and also the trunk was damaged as a consequence of this condition. I repeat, the car has never been involved in an accident or crash.

Also on the outside, the 4 clips that hold the roof additions, presented a very notorious discoloration. In the interior, the button to open the sunroof broke just with regular use.

The steering wheel presented a discoloration in all the surfaces around.

Also in the interior, the stop light plastic cover suffered a discoloration.

The plastic that covers at the passenger entrance presents a misalignment and a separation from the structure. The covers of the entrance show irregular wear.

I repeat again, the car has only been driven in the city and without any accidents or crashes, also it is parked in a place that covers the sun at all times.
